Like you, I’m a writer,

someone who knows how difficult it can be to share your work and your truth with others. That is why I strive to make a safe space for both. I also understand your longing to develop your craft so your writing is ready to sit on a bookshelf. 

My essays have been published in Brevity Blog; Writer’s Digest magazine; Eat, Darling, Eat; and The Gary Anthology (Belt Publishing). Currently I’m working on more essays and a memoir.

I’ve been a freelance editor for over twenty years, working with many independent authors and several publishing houses. I’m a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association and ACES, the Society for Editing. 

I also belong to the London Writers’ Salon, where I founded the Editors Group. We are writer-editors who hold regular events to help other Salon members move their projects forward. 

I’m a wife and mother, a community activist, an ardent idealist, and a lover of all things Spanish.
